We certainly understand that not every puchase may not be exactly what you expected, or perhaps the wrong type or size. We will gladly accept return orders, provided that the product is in a condition to be resold. You may return most undamaged items purchased at HelmetHead Cycle™ within 30 days of the original delivery. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 3 days of receiving the returned item. Items which definitely cannot be returned are opened perishable items (e.g. food), mountable items which bear marks of attempted installation (in which otherwise no defect was discovered from the manufacturer). CancellationsIf you wish to cancel an order or item which has not already shipped¹, you are entitled to your full money back for each item ordered. You will need to contact us immediately for any cancellations. For items already "shipped" please refer to the Return Item Authorization below. Return Item AuthorizationPlease do not return items without requesting authorization first. In the event that you have already shipped an item back to us and have not already let us know...please let us know. If you have already received your purchase...If you have already received your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us, or call us @ 1-888-337-4786 before making the return. Certain items, such as GIVI products are not returnable if they have ANY indications of attempted installation. We do not cover shipping costs for most returns, unless you have received the wrong item(s) for a particular invoice. If your purchase has shipped, but has not already been delivered...Please wait until you receive the item(s), and refer to the step above for return details. If your purchase has NOT shipped...Please let us know immediately so that we can cancel the shipping process. Once the item has left for shipment, you will be responsible for all shipping costs for the return. Please refer to "Order/Item Cancellations" above. What if the item was originally marked as "free shipping"?Our "free shipping" on certain items is a service to our customers for orders that we ship. However, we cannot be responsible for shipment on returned items and goods.
