If you need to return a product, please contact us first so that we may issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Returned items must be in a new, re-sellable condition. Otherwise, credit will not be issued. If the item(s) being returned have been installed or mounted on a bike, credit will not be issued. Returned items must be returned in the original box and packaging.
Products can be returned for a refund within 30 days after being shipped and must be approved by HelmetHead Cycle™ before returning. There is a 15% restocking fee for most items.
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. All shipping charges for returns are responsibility of the customer.
