The "Traveler" is E-Z Touring's half cover made for the rider who is looking for a small package with maximum coverage.
Designed to fit under the headlight and go over a fairing or handlebar mounted mirrors and cover the seat, rear trunk or rack. Shock cord around entire hem and the built-in tie-downs insure a snug fit. Quick on and off makes this cover a necessity when stopping for lunch or any time you are away from your bike. And when that brief shower hits that soaks everything, you'll be glad you made a little room for this half cover.
Includes stuff bag.
Fitment, Features & Details
4 sizes to choose from
- Traveler A — Fits all full dressers, including Harley, Venture, Honda 1000-1200, BMW with travel trunk and R1XXXGS. Plus, put cover on backwards to fit on sidecars, then order a Traveler or Wanderer cover to fit the bike. Approx. bag size is 6" x 6" x 4".
- Traveler B — Smaller dressers such as Silverwings, BMW R100 RT/RS, Harley cruisers and the like (without travel trunk). Approx. bag size is 5" x 5" x 2".
- Traveler X —Cavalcade, Voyager and Honda 1500/6. Approx. bag size is 7" x 7" x 4".
- Traveler XT — Fits hot Honda ST1300 and BMW Adventure with bags. Approx. bag size is 8" x 8" x 4".
E-Z Touring covers are made in the United States using rip-stop nylon
E-Z Touring selected this remarkable fabric for the same reasons it's used in the military and civilian parachutes, parasails and hot air balloons — for its strength, resiliency and high degree of compressibility (meaning that it packs up small to fit on your bike and will not tear). To this incomparable cloth, E-Z Touring has added three coatings that make the cover waterproof, ultraviolet (UV) proof and fire retardant.
E-Z Touring motorcycle covers are highly resistant to wind, rain and sun — the same elements that destroy your bike's unprotected paint, chrome and seat.
Rip-stop nylon was originally developed as an inexpensive synthetic replacement for silk in the production of parachutes during World War II.
